Where Swiss Italian heritage meets the Daylesford hills
Long before Lavandula became a destination, this land was lovingly tended and rich with stories. Today, the farm’s European-style stone buildings, cobbled courtyards, and fragrant gardens reflect the influence of early Swiss Italian settlers whose skills in farming and stonework helped shape the landscape we see now.

Lavandula’s food and beverageofferings are designed to delight the senses. Enjoy a long lunch in the shade of wisteria-covered pergolas, sip wine in the sun, or graze on picnic fare prepared with local ingredients and old-world care.
