A place to explore, unwind, and reconnect
Lavandula is more than a scenic spot — it’s an experience that brings together old-world charm, rural beauty, and warm hospitality. As you wander past ancient olive groves and rows of lavender, you’ll find something different around every corner: a hand-built stone barn, a wine bar tucked under the trees, or a herd of alpacas grazing near the orchard.

Our Story
Where Swiss Italian heritage meets the Daylesford hills
Long before Lavandula became a destination, this land was lovingly tended and rich with stories. Today, the farm’s European-style stone buildings, cobbled courtyards, and fragrant gardens reflect the influence of early Swiss Italian settlers whose skills in farming and stonework helped shape the landscape we see now.
See & Do
Explore the farm, your way
There’s no set itinerary here, just space to roam and enjoy. Wander through manicured gardens or sun-dappled olive groves. Sit on the soft lawn with a book. Visit the friendly animals, from fluffy Highland cows to chatty guinea fowl.
Whether you’re here to learn about the past, reconnect with nature, or simply soak in the scenery, Lavandula welcomes you to explore at your own pace. We invite you to breathe deeply, look closely, and let the charm of the farm unfold.
